For Crystal Light, if your headset is already connected to PimaxPlay, but PimaxPlay indicates that "Screen off", then it may be caused by the following reasons. Please troubleshoot the problem according to this document:


  1. The headset enters the sleep mode due to being stationary for a long time: The headset will enter the sleep mode and the screen will turn off after being stationary for 5 minutes. If you put on the headset and move, the screen of the headset will automatically light up.


  1. The trial period has expired or the subscription fee has not been paid in a timely manner: If the trial period of your headset has passed and you haven't paid the subscription fee yet, then your headset will be in an unavailable state. Once you successfully make the payment, the headset will resume normal operation.


  1. If your GPU model is from NVIDIA's 50 series (such as 5080, 5090, etc.), please update your GPU driver to version 572.60 or a newer version, and then reconnect your headset.
